API Usage Limits

We have added a Rate Limiting feature to the Salesforce Data Sync product: users can set a limit to the number of updates we make to Salesforce on their behalf.

This is intended to prevent any spikes in usage from the Avochato for Salesforce Data Sync. This is customizable per inbox: Integrations > Salesforce.com > Settings.

Case Transcription

  • Previously, Salesforce Case transcription tasks would not associate to the Salesforce Contact by default. Now, we will search for any associated Salesforce Contact based on the email or phone number field when syncing a transcript to a Case.
  • Now, we search for and associate any related Salesforce Account and/or Contact records with a Salesforce Case when it closes.
