How can I track previous Broadcasts?
In the Broadcasts tab you can revisit broadcasts from various stages:
- Drafts: Broadcasts that you have begun crafting but are not scheduled to send
- Queued: Broadcasts that have been scheduled to send out at a later time
- In Progress: Broadcasts that are currently being sent out
- Completed: Broadcasts that have been sent out
- Cancelled: Broadcasts that were cancelled while being sent out
How can I view Broadcast Analytics?
You can view the “Broadcast Results” page by clicking “View this __ Segment Broadcast”
Understanding Broadcast Analytics
The Broadcast Results page shows a breakdown of the delivery results for that particular broadcast.
This shows how your audience interacted with the broadcast and tells you how many responses you received. Click “Responded” or “Unresponded” to yield a search for those tickets. You can also download a .csv document of responses by clicking “Download Responses.”
This shows the share of audience members who replied “STOP” or opted out from receiving further messages.
This shows the share of the audience for whom the message was successfully delivered (to our knowledge) and those who returned error codes.

How can I Resend a Broadcast?
From the Broadcasts tab, locate a specific broadcast and find the four green buttons along the right-hand side.
Resend to Replied
This will generate a broadcast draft for all contacts who responded to that specific broadcast.
Resend to Unreplied
This will generate a broadcast draft for all contacts who did not respond to that specific broadcast.
Resend to Clicked
This will generate a broadcast draft for all contacts who clicked a hyperlink in that specific broadcast (where applicable).
Resend to All
This will generate a broadcast draft for all contacts on the original broadcast
Note: All resend buttons allow you to update the broadcast message and schedule delivery prior to sending.
