Billing Portal

Update billing details and view related information about your subscription

Customers can access a secure billing portal via the “Billing” tab in the left navigation bar of your Avochato inbox. A user needs to either have the “Owner” permission or “Billing MGMT” enabled to access this section.

Subscription Details

In the “Subscription Details” tab, users with billing permissions can access the following information regarding their organization’s subscription.

Plan

This is where you can view what is your organization’s current subscription. Users can also upgrade their current subscription by clicking the “Upgrade” button at the right. Numbers owned by the organization will also be listed below the organization name.

Balance

The “Balance” section shows information on your current usable amount for billable actions and events (e.g sending messages, payment for A2P campaigns) in Avochato. Users can also configure wether to receive email notifications when balance falls below a specified amount, as well as setup auto-fill so that your messaging will not be interrupted in the event that your balance goes zero. Seats

The “Seats” section gives you information on how many seats does your organization own.

In Use - Seats that are currently assigned to users in your organization

Pending - Seats assigned to invited users who haven't accepted yet do not count as "in use.”

Available - Seats that are still available for assignment to new users

 

Clicking "Manage Seats" takes you to the "Invite Users" tab, where you can invite new users to join your organization in Avochato. For more details on managing seats and users, check out this help article.

Add more to balance

Easily add balance to your account using this self-serve option, which charges your default payment method on file.

Simply click "Add Balance," and you'll be redirected to a page similar below to purchase additional balance for your organization.

Customer Portal

Under the management section, you’ll be able to update your credit card on file, view invoices or cancel subscription.

Clicking “Update Credit Card” will bring you to a secure page where you can also see your current plan, payment methods on file, as well as your billing history.

Balance and Usage

The “Balance and Usage” tab gives you a detailed insight of how your organization uses balance.

In-App Purchases

The “In-App Purchases” tab will show any active recurring and one time fees. A2P related fees are normally listed in this section.
