Grant Login Access to Avochato for Salesforce
Granting access to Avochato’s support team to help you troubleshoot Salesforce issues
After you’ve explore our FAQ and troubleshooting help docs and still have issues, you can grant Avochato access to your Salesforce org, in order to better diagnose and identify a fix for your Avochato for Salesforce problem.
To grant access to Avochato Support, follow the steps below:
- Click on your profile in the upper right hand corner, and click Settings
- Click on My Personal Information → Grant Account Login Access
- In the Access Duration, set the amount of days you'd like to give Avochato Support access to your Salesforce org
