Turn on this toggle to add a “wand” shortcut to your conversation windows, providing quick access to AvoAI tools for users. Learn more about what these can do here.

Recommendations

Enabling this toggle will show a recommended response in the chat window. Learn more about recommendations here.

Insights

Get a score for how the customer feels in a given conversation. On top of the score, insights also gives a quick summary of the conversation and will try to list any detected actions needed to be done by the user or by your customer. Learn more about Insights in this article.

Insight Refresh Frequency

Turning on this toggle will automate the generation of insights in your inbox. Keep in mind that each conversation must receive at least three new inbound messages before a new score can be generated.

Auto-Tag Conversations

AvoAI can automatically detect conversations and tag them accordingly. A full guide on setting this up can be found here.

Summaries

Automatically generate a summary after each conversation. You can personalize or modify the structure of the summary by entering your own custom instructions in the Summary Prompt field.

Ways to view conversation Summaries:

  1. Analytics → AI tab → Conversation Insights
  1. Salesforce, sync data back
  1. On Conversation - click AvoAI wand and select Summarization. Option to quick-add the summary as an AvoNote for future reference.
