The AvoAI Helper Agent is your dedicated AI companion to answer questions on how to use Avochato. You can find the Helper Agent conversation window at the very top of your inbox list.
If you don’t see the Helper Agent in your inbox, you can also click on the Helper Agent icon at the top right of the page to open and jump to a conversation with the Helper Agent anywhere in the app.
You can ask the Helper Agent any questions about using Avochato. This feature is free and won’t affect your balance. Please note that it can only answer Avochato-related inquiries.
If the Helper Agent isn’t able to answer your question, a human Avochato Support agent can join the conversation to assist you further.
If you're finished using the bot and want to keep your inbox tidy, you can close the Helper Agent by clicking the Close button. You can always reopen it anytime by selecting the Helper Agent icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
