Where to Find FAQs

  • Instruct Agent page – A new “Auto FAQ” section appears in your Instructions, giving you direct visibility into common questions.

  • In the Sandbox – View the list of FAQs and test how your AI Agent would respond to each one.

Improving Your Agent’s Answers

If you’re not satisfied with how your Agent responds to a FAQ:

  1. Edit your Instructions to refine or correct the answer.
  1. Save changes and retest the FAQ in the Sandbox.

These updated Instructions not only improve FAQ responses, but also enhance the Recommendations shown to you and your team in the inbox
