Your Preference is Saved Automatically
Avochato remembers your theme preference and you don't need to set it again each time you log in. Your dark or light mode choice is saved in your browser and will be restored on your next visit.
Note: Your theme preference is saved per browser and device. Logging in from a different browser, phone, or tablet may require you to set your preference again.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Avochato follow my system's dark mode setting?
Not currently. Dark mode must be enabled manually from the profile menu. Avochato does not automatically detect or sync with your operating system's dark/light mode preference.
Will dark mode affect all parts of the app?
Yes. Dark mode applies to the full Avochato interface, including the inbox, conversation view, contacts, and settings. Images, avatars, and media are displayed normally without inversion.
Is dark mode a personal setting or does it affect my whole team?
It's a personal setting. Each user on your team can independently choose their preferred display mode. Changing your theme does not affect anyone else's experience.
Why do some emojis appear with inverted colors in text fields?
Certain browsers may render text area inputs in ways that cause the emoji to look inverted. Rest assured that sending it will show normally to recipients.
